Crystal Peterson joined BCI in 2007 as Regional Coordinator for Show Me Shine, a commercial cleaning subsidiary created to expand competitive job opportunities. When Show Me Shine transitioned into the Skills Center’s Hospitality program in 2020, Crystal was the natural choice to become its first vocational instructor. She now also leads the Health Care & Social Assistance Support and Custodial programs, drawing on 15 years of prior hospital cleaning experience. She loves watching students grow throughout their training, often transforming from shy beginners into confident, capable workers.
