Ross’s journey with BCI has come full circle. Early in his career, he partnered with BCI to secure community employment before branching out on his own. With a background in logistics, Ross built a diverse resume across the defense, trade show, and hospitality industries. Years later, when his brother returned to BCI for vocational training, Ross was encouraged by his family to reconnect. That decision led him to a role at Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, where he’s been thriving for the past 14 months.
Today, Ross says he genuinely enjoys his work and values being part of a supportive team. His story is a powerful reminder that career paths aren’t always linear—and that the right support at the right time can make a big difference.
