Justin first heard about BCI from another BCI family at his church. What started as a recommendation quickly turned into something much bigger—Justin found a place where he truly belongs. In fact, he believes in it so much that he even recruited his sister to work at BCI.
At BCI, Justin loves the friendships he’s built and the active, social environment that makes every day enjoyable. He’s also formed a special connection with Production Manager Shawna over a shared favorite WNBA player.
Most importantly, Justin’s happiness at work doesn’t stop when the workday ends. The confidence, connection, and sense of purpose he’s found at BCI are making a positive difference in his life at home as well.
