When Jennifer came to work at BCI in 2004, she brought with her a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. It didn’t take long for others to notice. In 2006, she was named Employee of the Year, and with encouragement and support from her Production Supervisors, she continued to build her skills and confidence.
Just a few years later, Jennifer achieved a major career milestone when she transitioned from the production floor into a competitive staff position as a Quality Auditor. Today, she is known for being dependable, positive, and always ready to lend a hand. Jennifer takes great pride in the career she has built at BCI, and her journey is a wonderful example of what can happen when talent, hard work, and opportunity come together.
