Before BCI, Jarred was working in food delivery—work that didn’t offer the stability or future he wanted. In 2024, he enrolled in our vocational training program, explored career pathways, and developed the skills to take the next step.
Today, Jarred works at Didion Orf Recycling, where he disassembles computers and helps ensure electronics are recycled responsibly.
With steady daytime hours, weekends off, and a reliable income, Jarred has reached a milestone he once set for himself—living independently in his own place. Along the way, he’s gained hands-on technical skills, confidence, and a clear vision for his future.
